About the Project
BridgeForth formed BridgeForth Energy LLC (“BFE”) to pursue market opportunities identified over the last five years. With the recent downturn in commodity prices, significant opportunities exist to exploit quality assets with proper capitalization.
BridgeForth Energy’s strategy focuses on acquiring mature fields and acreage and redeveloping them utilizing horizontal drilling and advanced completion techniques, adopted across the industry. Several opportunities related to this strategy are available. The opportunity set is driven by a view of “lower oil prices for longer” and having an unencumbered, well-capitalized management team.

Mature Field Redevelopment Overview
BridgeForth Energy LLC has a proven track record of acquiring and redeveloping oil fields. Quality oil reservoirs support multiple life cycles, often driven by technological advancements and commodity pricing events. Management has had success in identifying mature assets that are prime for a new cycle. Most recently, the management team has been redeveloping fields using new techniques and completion advances.
