The Executives
Dick Kipper
Dick Kipper serves as Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee for BridgeForth Holdings LLC and an investor. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Guggenheim Capital, LLC, as Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Executive and Compensation Committees.
Homer Holland
Mr. Holland serves as Board member and Chairman of the Loan Committee for BridgeForth Holdings LLC and an investor. He also serves on the Board of Managers of Guggenheim Capital, LLC and the Board of Managers of Stillwell Madison, LLC. He is a former director of USAA Capital Corporation, Lifeline Shelter Systems, Inc., Wisconsin Industrial Products, Inc., First Financial Training Services, CILCORP, Inc. and the Institute of European Studies.
Jeffrey Martin
Mr. Martin serves as Manager of Bridgeforth Capital and its affiliates. Over a 15-year career he has worked with real estate developers, capital groups and business owners to structure and execute equity and debt transactions for his companies and clients. He has been responsible for real estate repositioning, land requisition and site selection, identifying appropriate capital partners, and arranging construction, debt and equity financing for real estate transactions in excess of $1Billion.
Jay Holland
Mr. Holland serves as Board Member and Chairman of the Organizational Committee for BridgeForth Holdings LLC and is an investor. He also serves on the Board of Managers of Stillwell Madison LLC.
Prior to Stillwell Madison, Mr. Holland co-founded and served as President and CEO of Alternatech Inc. Mr. Holland has held several executive positions with River Valley Savings Bank, including Chief Technology Officer.
Ron Schreiber
Ron Schreiber is an investor in BridgeForth Capital. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Calspan-University of Buffalo Research Center (CUBRC) and the Board of Trustees of the University of Buffalo Foundation, and is an Advisor to the Faculty of the College of Arts and Sciences State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo. In addition, Mr. Schreiber serves on the board of several portfolio companies, including China Horizons, AFT, Alpha Artists, Turbulent Entergy and Optodot.
Ed Phelps
Ed Phelps serves as an Advisor to BridgeForth Capital. He is also a member of the Investment Committee of Thayer Lodging and of the Kennedy Center International Committee for the Arts. Formerly, he served on the Board of Advisors of George Washington University Law School and the Board of Trustees of George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates. He is the former owner of professional development companies ESI International and Integrated Project Solutions.
