Ed Phelps serves as an Advisor to the BridgeForth Capital. He is also a member of the Board of Advisors of George Washington University Law School and a member of the Board of Trustees of George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates.
He is the co-founder of several companies, including ESI International, a highly regarded global advanced education curriculum company specializing in contracting, logistics, project management and business analysis. Leading academic institution clients included Stanford University School of Engineering, George Washington University Law School and George Washington University School of Business. Under his leadership, ESI was sold after achieving $75 million in annual revenues.
Mr. Phelps also served as principal of IPS Associates. Together with institutional partner Stanford University School of Engineering, the company offered project consulting and training services. As a senior executive with the Sterling Institute, he played a leading role in the development of the highly successful executive program for the U.S. Department of Defense.
Mr. Phelps received his J.D. from George Washington University Law School.
