About the Project
This luxury senior living facility will be a 65-unit /71-bed assisted living and memory care community located in Chattanooga, Tennessee, in a highly amenitized and transit-oriented neighborhood only five miles from downtown Chattanooga.
The proposed two-story building will be situated on a 6.25 acre parcel that benefits from immediate access to and drive-by visibility from the area’s main interstate, I-75, as well as close proximity to Chattanooga’s major shopping destination and main hospital. The project will deliver 47 assisted living and 18 memory care units in approximately 55,000 gross square feet, with amenities including resident lounge areas, main dining room, beauty spa, exercise room and library. Construction began in April of 2021, and will be completed in early 2022. The Sales Office will open and will start taking reservations in the Fall of 2021.
